Contribution Opportunities

CPSERF was established in part to help children who are afflicted with a physical abnormality/condition that can be corrected with reconstructive surgery. Treatment can be related to a congenital birth defect, accident or trauma.

Examples of conditions that will be considered: cleft palate, burns & scar correction, tattoo removal, microtia. This is a partial list, other conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Levels of Contribution

$1 - $249: Individual Contributor
$250+: Active members are allowed to participate in the Foundation's activities & programs and shall enjoy all the privileges of membership including the right to vote & hold office
$10,000+: Organizational Membership. This is open to corporations, not-for-profits, or other organizations that wish to support the mission of the Foundation and shall receive all of the rights & priviledges of active membership.
$50,000+: President's Leadership Council. This category of membership is for individuals who have donated ,000 or more to the Foundation. These members will receive additional benefits as determined by the Board of Directors.

The mission of the Foundation to help uninsured/underinsured children of California who could benefit from reconstructive surgery is a remarkable cause that relies on the donations from individuals who care and want to help make a difference in a young child's life.

Your generous donation can provide the additional support needed to help these children who would otherwise "slip through the cracks" due to the fact that their family cannot afford the medical procedure. The CSPS Educational and Research Foundation is a Not-For-Profit Public Charity 501-C3. Contributions made to the Educational and Research Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
