Physicians face major issues in 2022. The California e-prescribe law is effective January 1, 2022. Physicians must be prepared and able to e-prescribe medication for patients; Failure to e-prescribe can result in an action against a prescriber's license and a violation of the CA Business and Professions Code. The federal No Surprises billing law protections have modified gaps in California's billing laws. CMS has also proposed a major rule change for the physician fee schedule and made changes in the CPT codes for 2022. This webinar was designed to help physicians and healthcare professionals identify and reduce risk.
