Active Member
Annual Fee: $500
Eligibility
Surgeons of high moral standing and professional qualifications actively engaged in the practice of plastic surgery in California.
In practice in California for a minimum of two (2) years, with an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of California
Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery or the Canadian equivalent.
Application Requirements
Completed application online with $50 application fee
Endorsement from two (2) Active Members, one of whom must be practicing in the same geographical area as the applicant.

Eligibility
Plastic surgeons who are former Active Members who have moved out of state and wish to retain their membership.
Retired or active and practicing in another state.
Military personnel stationed in California.
Retired from any other state and now reside in California.

Eligibility
Life Members shall be Active Members who have retired from the active practice of Plastic Surgery.

Annual Fee: Waived/Reduced as determined by Council
Eligibility
Active Members who have become disabled such that they are unable to practice their profession, who are absent from their practice for a prolonged period of time or who are suffering severe financial hardship.

Special Circumstances
Eligibility
Under special circumstances to be determined by the Council, an applicant who has not fulfilled all of the usual requirements may be considered for membership. In these special circumstances, approval by the full Council must be unanimous.
