Trainees:

The CSPS Mentorship Program connects California medical students, residents, and fellows with experienced plastic surgeons from across the state. Through meaningful one-on-one guidance, trainees can explore the specialty, navigate their training, build professional relationships, and gain insight as they take the next step in their careers.
